Allowed
- honest profiles and respectful adult conversation;
- adult flirting and private content only with mutual consent;
- ending a conversation, blocking or reporting at any time;
- preserving evidence for Support, authorities or legal help.
Prohibited
- minor participation or child sexual content;
- sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, sexual services, threats, stalking, hate or blackmail;
- non-consensual intimate content, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation;
- romance scams, requests for money, documents, codes, wallet keys or seed phrases;
- spam, illegal goods, malware, phishing or circumvention of payment and safety controls.
Safety
Never send money to an online match. Independently verify information and meet in a public place. If a profile seems deceptive, end the conversation, block it and submit a report.
Reporting and appeal
Use Report in the profile or chat and identify the relevant profile/message. We may hide content, preserve evidence, restrict an account or contact authorities. Appeal through Support with the report ID and context.
